Privacy Policy
Milki is a feeding and baby-care tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch. This policy explains what Milki does — and mostly does not do — with your information, what happens if you email our support address, and what this website does.
Who is responsible for your data
Çağlayan Özgün Kasap, who builds and publishes Milki, is the data controller under Turkey's data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) for the processing described in this policy, and can be reached at support@stratanaut.com.
Information Milki stores on your device
Everything you enter is saved locally on your iPhone. Milki's widgets, its Live Activity and your Apple Watch show only a short summary of it — your baby's name, the last feeding, the suggested next side, the next reminder and a feeding in progress — which your iPhone hands to them directly, not through any server of ours. What Milki saves includes:
- Your baby's name and birth date;
- Feeding, bottle, diaper, sleep, growth, milk-stash and vaccine records you log;
- Your preferences (units, accent colour, reminders, language).
This information stays on your iPhone and Apple Watch; Milki itself never sends it anywhere, and it is not accessible to us. We cannot see it, retrieve it, or recover it. If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, Apple includes Milki's data in that backup, as it does for every app.
Apple Health
Apple Health integration is optional and off by default. When you turn it on, Milki only writes your baby's weight and height to your own Apple Health app. Milki never reads any data from Apple Health. Health data is governed by Apple and your device settings.
Notifications
Milki schedules local notifications on your device for feeding reminders and vaccine due-dates. These are generated on-device and are not sent through any server.
Subscriptions & purchases
Milki Pro is an optional subscription sold through Apple's App Store. Payments and billing are handled entirely by Apple; Milki never receives your payment details. Apple also reports each Milki Pro purchase and subscription change — the product, price, currency, dates and Apple's transaction IDs — to our analytics server, which Opsida Teknoloji runs for us. Seeing from these records how Milki Pro is doing is our legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f). Purchases can be restored through your Apple ID. Please review Apple's Privacy Policy for how Apple processes transactions.
Migration from Milki v1
If you used an earlier version of Milki, the app can import your existing records from the copy already stored on your device. This import happens entirely on-device.
Children
Milki is a tool for parents and caregivers to track a baby's care. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data from children. The records are the parent's own private notes, stored on the parent's device.
If you email our support address
Writing to support@stratanaut.com sends us your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to answer you, which is our legitimate interest in supporting the people who use Milki (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
That address runs on Cloudflare's email routing: Cloudflare forwards the message and keeps no mailbox of its own. From there it reaches the developer's personal Gmail inbox; Google handles it under Google's own privacy policy. We keep your message only as long as we need it to answer you and handle any follow-up.
This website
This site is a set of plain pages with no account and no sign-in. It is hosted by Vercel Inc., whose servers log every visit — including your IP address, the page you requested and the time — to run and secure the site. Keeping the site working and safe is our legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
Cookies: this site sets none. Analytics: this site runs none — no code here reports your visit to anyone. The homepage's feeding-timer demo remembers your steps only in that browser tab's own memory (never a cookie), and clears when you close the tab; nothing about it is sent to us. The homepage also keeps its language (English or Turkish — the one you pick, or on your first visit the one your browser prefers) in your browser's local storage, so it opens in that language next time; this stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
Data sent abroad
A message you send to our support address is handled by Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC (both United States), as described above. Vercel Inc. (United States; the servers for this site run in Frankfurt, Germany) hosts this website and logs your IP address on every visit. Our analytics server also runs in Vercel's Frankfurt region; the Milki Pro purchase records are kept in a database from Supabase Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), on Amazon Web Services servers in Frankfurt. Each of these is a transfer of personal data outside Turkey. None of them has signed, and we have not notified, the Board's standard contract or any other safeguard for this transfer.
Retention & deletion
Because all of your baby's records are stored locally, you are in full control: delete individual records inside the app, or delete the app to remove all Milki data from your device. We keep a support email only as long as we need it to answer you and handle any follow-up, and Milki Pro purchase records as long as we need them to see how Milki Pro is doing. Website logs are kept by Vercel under its own policies, for as long as it takes to run and secure the site.
Your rights, and how to use them
Under art. 11 of the KVKK, you can ask us: whether we process your personal data; for information about it if we do; about its purpose, and whether it's used accordingly; who it has been transferred to, in Turkey or abroad; to correct it if it's incomplete or inaccurate; to have it deleted or destroyed; to have any such correction or deletion also told to anyone we passed it to; to object to a result against you that comes solely from automated analysis of your data; and, if unlawful processing has harmed you, for that harm to be made good.
Send your request to support@stratanaut.com, from an email address you've already used with us, or with a secure e-signature or mobile signature. If you'd rather write on paper, email us at the same address and ask for our postal address; we'll send it to you by email. We answer within 30 days, free of charge (KVKK art. 13).
If we refuse your request, give an answer you find insufficient, or miss that deadline, you can complain to Turkey's Personal Data Protection Board — within 30 days of learning our answer, and in any case within 60 days of your original request (KVKK art. 14).
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the new version at this address.

Verilerinizden kim sorumlu
Milki'yi geliştiren ve App Store'da yayımlayan Çağlayan Özgün Kasap, bu politikada açıklanan işleme faaliyetleri için 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında veri sorumlusudur. Kendisine support@stratanaut.com adresinden ulaşabilirsiniz.
Milki'nin cihazınızda sakladığı bilgiler
Girdiğiniz her şey iPhone'unuzda yerel olarak saklanır. Milki'nin widget'ları, Canlı Etkinliği ve Apple Watch'unuz bunun yalnızca kısa bir özetini gösterir — bebeğinizin adı, son beslenme, önerilen sıradaki taraf, sıradaki hatırlatıcı ve devam eden beslenme — ve bu özeti bizim hiçbir sunucumuz üzerinden değil, doğrudan iPhone'unuz iletir. Milki'nin sakladıkları şunlardır:
- Bebeğinizin adı ve doğum tarihi;
- Kaydettiğiniz emzirme, biberon, bez, uyku, gelişim, süt stoğu ve aşı kayıtları;
- Tercihleriniz (birimler, vurgu rengi, hatırlatıcılar, dil).
Bu bilgiler iPhone'unuzda ve Apple Watch'unuzda kalır; Milki bunları hiçbir yere göndermez ve bizim erişimimize açık değildir. Bu bilgileri göremez, alamaz ya da geri yükleyemeyiz. iPhone'unuzu iCloud'a ya da bir bilgisayara yedeklerseniz Apple, her uygulamada yaptığı gibi Milki'nin verilerini de bu yedeğe dahil eder.
Apple Health
Apple Health entegrasyonu isteğe bağlıdır ve varsayılan olarak kapalıdır. Açtığınızda Milki, bebeğinizin kilo ve boyunu yalnızca kendi Apple Health uygulamanıza yazar. Milki, Apple Health'ten hiçbir veri okumaz. Sağlık verileri Apple ve cihaz ayarlarınıza tabidir.
Bildirimler
Milki, beslenme hatırlatıcıları ve aşı tarihleri için cihazınızda yerel bildirimler planlar. Bunlar cihaz üzerinde oluşturulur ve herhangi bir sunucudan gönderilmez.
Abonelikler ve satın alımlar
Milki Pro, Apple App Store üzerinden satılan isteğe bağlı bir aboneliktir. Ödeme ve faturalandırma tamamen Apple tarafından yürütülür; Milki ödeme bilgilerinizi asla almaz. Apple, her Milki Pro satın alımını ve abonelik değişikliğini — ürün, fiyat, para birimi, tarihler ve Apple'ın işlem kimlikleri — analitik sunucumuza da bildirir; bu sunucuyu bizim için Opsida Teknoloji işletir. Bu kayıtlarla Milki Pro'nun nasıl gittiğini görmek meşru menfaatimizdir (KVKK m. 5/2-f). Satın alımlar Apple Kimliğiniz üzerinden geri yüklenebilir. Milki v1'den geçiş
Milki'nin önceki bir sürümünü kullandıysanız, uygulama mevcut kayıtlarınızı cihazınızda zaten bulunan kopyadan içeri aktarabilir. Bu aktarım tamamen cihaz üzerinde gerçekleşir.
Çocuklar
Milki, ebeveyn ve bakıcıların bir bebeğin bakımını takip etmesi için bir araçtır. Çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz. Kayıtlar, ebeveynin cihazında saklanan kendi özel notlarıdır.

support@stratanaut.com adresine yazdığınızda bize e-posta adresinizi ve yazmayı seçtiğiniz her şeyi gönderirsiniz. Bunu yalnızca size cevap vermek için kullanırız; bu da Milki'yi kullanan kişilere destek vermedeki meşru menfaatimizdir (KVKK m. 5/2-f).
Bu adres Cloudflare'in e-posta yönlendirme hizmeti üzerinden çalışır: Cloudflare mesajı yönlendirir, kendi posta kutusunda tutmaz. Mesaj buradan geliştiricinin kişisel Gmail gelen kutusuna ulaşır; Google bu mesajları kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında işler. Mesajınızı yalnızca size cevap vermek ve gerekirse takip etmek için gereken süre kadar saklarız.

Çerezler: bu sitede çerez kullanılmaz. Analitik: bu sitede analitik çalışmaz — buradaki hiçbir kod ziyaretinizi kimseye bildirmez. Ana sayfadaki beslenme sayacı örneği, adımlarınızı yalnızca o sekmedeki tarayıcı belleğinde (asla çerezde) tutar ve sekmeyi kapattığınızda silinir; bununla ilgili hiçbir şey bize gönderilmez. Ana sayfa, dilini de (İngilizce ya da Türkçe — seçtiğiniz dil, ilk ziyaretinizde ise tarayıcınızın tercih ettiği dil) bir dahaki sefere o dilde açılmak için tarayıcınızın yerel depolamasında saklar; bu bilgi tarayıcınızda kalır ve bize asla gönderilmez.
Yurt dışına aktarılan veriler
Destek adresimize gönderdiğiniz bir mesajı, yukarıda açıklandığı gibi Cloudflare, Inc. ve Google LLC (ikisi de Amerika Birleşik Devletleri) işler. Bu web sitesini barındıran Vercel Inc. (Amerika Birleşik Devletleri; bu sitenin sunucuları Frankfurt, Almanya'da çalışır) her ziyarette IP adresinizi kayıt altına alır. Analitik sunucumuz da Vercel Inc.'in Frankfurt bölgesinde çalışır; Milki Pro satın alım kayıtları Supabase Pte. Ltd.'nin (Singapur) veritabanında, Frankfurt'taki Amazon Web Services sunucularında saklanır. Bunların her biri kişisel verinin Türkiye dışına aktarılmasıdır. Bu aktarımlar için Kurul'un standart sözleşmesi ya da başka bir güvence imzalanmamış ve Kurum'a bildirilmemiştir.
Saklama ve silme
Bebeğinizin tüm kayıtları yerel olarak saklandığından tam kontrol sizdedir: uygulama içinden tek tek kayıtları silebilir veya tüm Milki verilerini cihazınızdan kaldırmak için uygulamayı silebilirsiniz. Bir destek e-postasını yalnızca size cevap vermek ve gerekirse takip etmek için gereken süre kadar, Milki Pro satın alım kayıtlarını da Milki Pro'nun nasıl gittiğini görmek için gerektiği sürece saklarız. Web sitesi kayıtları, Vercel'in kendi politikaları uyarınca, siteyi çalıştırmak ve güvenliğini sağlamak için gereken süre kadar tutulur.
Haklarınız ve bunları nasıl kullanırsınız
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca bize başvurarak şunları isteyebilirsiniz: kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenmek; işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi almak; işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenmek; verinizin yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kimlere aktarıldığını bilmek; eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini istemek; silinmesini veya yok edilmesini istemek; bu düzeltme ya da silmenin, verinin aktarıldığı kişilere de bildirilmesini istemek; münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilip aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etmek; ve kanuna aykırı işleme yüzünden zarar görmüşseniz bu zararın giderilmesini istemek.
Talebinizi support@stratanaut.com adresine, bize daha önce yazdığınız bir e-posta adresinden ya da güvenli elektronik imza veya mobil imza ile gönderebilirsiniz. Yazılı ve imzalı başvuruyu tercih ederseniz aynı adrese yazıp posta adresimizi isteyin; adresi size e-postayla bildiririz. Başvurunuzu en geç 30 gün içinde ve ücretsiz olarak cevaplarız (KVKK m. 13).
Başvurunuzu reddedersek, cevabımızı yetersiz bulursanız veya bu süre içinde cevap alamazsanız, Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz: cevabımızı öğrendiğiniz tarihten itibaren 30 gün, ve her hâlde başvurunuzdan itibaren 60 gün içinde (KVKK m. 14).
Bu politikadaki değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse, yukarıdaki tarihi günceller ve yeni sürümü bu adreste yayınlarız.
